ONE TIME CLEANING
Service Description: Give your home a quick turn-around. This service will take care of all living areas and wet areas.

Expectations: Most one-time cleaning services require additional time and personnel.

Variation or Optional additions: Sanitizing fog and UV light treatment, fridge cleaning, stove/oven cleaning.
HOME UPKEEP
Service Description: Keep your home tidy. After the first visit, our crews will do general maintenance on a regular basis and rotate additional focus on different areas to maximize the level of cleanliness and sanitation.

Expectations: The first-time visit will require an additional amount of care and therefore a premium will be incurred for that first visit.
​
Variation or Optional additions: Sanitizing fog and UV light treatment, fridge cleaning, and stove/oven cleaning.
SPRING CLEANING
Service Description: Go beyond the basics and give your home a complete clean makeover including cabinets, pantries, light fixtures, crown moldings, walls, and fans.

Expectations: This service requires a large crew and several hours. Please schedule in advance.

Variation or Optional additions: Sanitizing fog and UV light treatment, fridge cleaning, stove/oven cleaning, chandelier detailing, windows (in/out), gutters, pressure wash (patios, balconies, cabanas, etc), and outdoor kitchens.
To avoid allergent dispersal with vacuum cleaners we prefer to use the homeowner's vacuum equiptment

SANITIZING
Service Description: Fogging treatment with USDA approved sanitizing products for all surfaces plus UV light for all soft surface.

Expectations: The spaces to be sanitized must be vacant. We strongly suggest avoiding touching any sanitized surfaces for several hours.

Variation or Optional additions: Regular scheduling available.
FINISH-OUT / MAKE-READY
Service Description: Our goal is to make your project shine! All areas will be meticulously dusted, whipped, moped, etc... cleaned with the goal to showcase your investment.

Expectations: This service requires a large crew and several hours. Please schedule in advance.

Variation or Optional additions: Debri disposal, chandelier detailing, windows (in/out), pressure wash (patios, balconies, cabanas, etc), and outdoor kitchens.
OFFICE UPKEEP
Service Description: Keep your workplace looking and smelling professional. After the first visit, our crews will do general maintenance on a regular basis in public areas and offices.
